Candlesticks form segments, small humps, medium humps and big humps.
Our trading signal is identified through rejections found on the humps:
Segment rejection and 3 day rejection.
That's the basic concept. Very simple, very effective.
This is a stronger rejection because in this set of 3 segments,
the red candlesticks are getting stronger from left to right,
overpowering the greens by the 3rd segment, and suggesting a potential down tick.
This is a weaker rejection because in this set of 3 segments, the greens are gaining strength from left to right, suggesting for a potential uptick.
This is a stronger rejection because in this set of 3 "4hour" candlesticks, each green candlestick is getting weaker from left to right, while each red candlestick is getting stronger from left to right.
This is a weaker rejection because in this set of 3 "4hour" candlesticks, each green candlestick is getting stronger (higher) from left to right, while each red candlestick is getting weaker from left to right.
You can see the reds progressively getting stronger from the 1st segment to the 3rd segment.
In addition, you can see a stronger 4hour rejection on the 3rd segment.
This strongly suggest a down tick.
